SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday) after the order is received. Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to be delivered within India.

​​

Orders shipped are generally delivered within 6-8 business days on most pincodes within India. However, a slight delay might be caused in case of remote locations or due to any government intervention or natural causes, etc.

​​

We try our best to get your products delivered to you within the estimated delivery time. However, in case your package does not reach you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at ovanajewels@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

In order to keep the interest of our customers as top priority, we offer a no-questions-asked return or exchange policy. Only products which are unused, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact in original packaging, can be returned.

The request to return or exchange the product has to be made within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery of the product by writing to us at ovanajewels@gmail.com, barring which the purchase will be considered as final.

Note: We recommend making a video while unpacking your order, especially if the package seems tampered with. If you receive an empty package or a missing item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need the unpacking video to process your request. Without enough proof or if there's evidence of tampering, we may not honor your claim. OVANA will have the final say in these cases.

We have a reverse pick-up facility for most pin codes. However, for pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).

The customer will be issued a replacement/refund/store credit as per preference within 2 business days of the receipt and verification of returned goods at the OVANA warehouse. For prepaid orders, the refund would be in the source of payment and for COD orders, it would ONLY be in the bank account of the individual whose name is there in the billing details.

Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.

​​​​​

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.

  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.

  3. Package refused by recipient.

  4. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  5. Minor colour and design variation. In case of handmade and stone products, there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

  6. The customer fails to intimate us within 2 days of receipt of goods at his/her end.
